Hello Everyone!

Here is another excellent teacher that I am adding to my crew of life helpers. I am in search of the door out of this room called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and I think I have found some fantastic people to learn from.

I’ve come a long way from where I was, but it took a lot of hard work and determination. It’s the many people like David Wolfe that I am going to introduce you to that are going to help us readjust to the new people we are becoming because, let’s face it, we’re not the same people we once were.

” So, who are we becoming?” you ask. Well, so do I, and I invite you to come along  with me as I explore the way out of this painful madness that we have found ourselves in.  There are many questions to be answered, and I like doing this stuff, so I’m having a good time exploring the worlds of science and natural healing.

I believe we will come out the other end of this better people than we went in, so even though the road looks endlessly dark trust me when I say there is an end to the experience.

I have done all the stupid things we do when we don’t know better too, so please don’t beat yourself up for trying what works for you at the moment. For those of us that have been there and done that, we know that it doesn’t do what it promises, so we’re changing what doesn’t work.

We’re not insane, we’re broken, and we are finding our way back to happiness and love.  I am so glad I made it this far, and I’ll share all that information with you as well because I am all about healing. We can heal anything. Our disease is our personal challenge to address that which is causing us discomfort, and I am having on heck of a conversation with it. I think it’s time to say goodbye to it though because it’s been monopolizing my time, and I’ve got dreams to birth. That’s right, I haven’t forgotten about those. They sit patiently waiting to come forth when I am strong enough for each to express itself.

David Wolfe has so much useful information for us that will help make us stronger, so we can start building the vision we see when we express what we are passionate about.

Happy healing until next time all, and please remember that if I didn’t love helping others, I wouldn’t do this. I care. So, when that nasty voice comes calling and says no one does, tell it to take a hike because it’s a bloody liar. Big hugs!
