Stop Adding Mass to Your Misery.

Check out this article by Guy Finley about stopping the negative thought process before it takes hold and causes an anxiety attack. He is one of my favorite writers on the subject of fear and anxiety because he has some easy tools to apply for different stages of anxiety and fear. The more tools we have and use , the better our healing process is. I am going to make a list of tools that I use for different stages of anxiety, and I am going to keep it posted next to my computer for easy access. It is difficult to remember them all when in a state of anxiety, so having them easy to see and read will help access them when my mind feels locked. With post traumatic stress disorder, that happens more often than I would like to admit, so this will certainly be useful. Enjoy the read. 🙂
